L'appartamento é in una posizione ottima, di fronte c'é un supermercato (billa), una farmacia e un negozio di profumi, cosmetici etc. (Bipa) e a pochi passi la stazione dei treni (che non si sentono all'interno dell'appartamento).

Modling é una cittadina bellissima e tranquilla, per niente caotica e pericolosa e l'appartamento é sicuro al 100%, é sito all'interno di una corte con parcheggio privato (gratuito) e giardino, il tutto chiuso da due grandi portoni automatici. La pulizia é eccellente, durante il soggiorno, a giorni alterni, viene rifornito e pulito.

La proprietaria é adorabile, disponibilissima e simpatica. L'appartamento é molto più bello dal vivo che in foto (cosa più unica che rara, di solito é il contrario!!!).

Pane fresco tutte le mattine e frigo pieno di marmellata, burro, formaggio etc. Ottima connessione wi-fi gratuita in tutta la struttura.

Dista 20 minuti da Vienna e 10 da Vosendorf (città che ospita uno dei centri commerciali più grandi d' Europa!!!). Modling merita una vostra visita, é incantevole, se siete amanti del cibo spagnolo andate a mangiare in centro alla Casita...non ve ne pentirete! A due minuti a piedi dall'appartamento troverete anche un ottimo kebab e un tabacchino.

Insomma...tutto super!!! Noi abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane e consigliamo gli Appartamenti Verberne soprattutto a famiglie con bambini e animali. Buona vacanza!!!

The apartment is in a great location, opposite there is a supermarket (billa), a pharmacy and a perfume shop, cosmetics etc. (Bipa) and within walking distance of the train station (which do not feel inside the apartment).

Modling is a beautiful and quiet town, not at all chaotic and dangerous and the apartment is 100% safe, is located within a courtyard with private parking (free) and garden, all closed by two large automatic doors. The cleaning is excellent, during the stay, every other day, it is replenished and cleaned.

The owner is adorable, extremely available and nice. The apartment is much more beautiful live than in pictures (something more unique than rare, usually it's the opposite !!!).

Fresh bread every morning and fridge full of jam, butter, cheese etc. Excellent wi-fi connection throughout the hotel.

It is 20 minutes from Vienna and 10 from Vosendorf (the city that hosts one of the biggest shopping centers in Europe !!!). Modling deserves your visit, it is lovely, if you are a lover of Spanish food, go to eat in the center of Casita ... you will not regret it! A two minute walk from the apartment you will also find a good kebab and a tobacconist.

In short ... all super !!! We have traveled with our dog and we recommend Verberne Apartments especially for families with children and animals. Have a nice holiday !!!

Very convenient location for walking to Mödling or to the train station.

Frau Verberne is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and well-located for our purposes (close to train station for trips into Vienna, or a short walk to family and friends) and big enough for us to invite people in. The kitchen was well-equipped, but minuscule. The beds were quite narrow.

This place can only be recommended and come back. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding of Mödling.

A clean place to stay with a very friendly and helpful landlady. Bread service was excellent. There was nothing to complain about.

Ideal starting point for exploring Vienna with public transportation.

Wij hebben samen met ons hondje genoten op deze locatie, zou dit zeker aanraden! Super appartement, heel centraal gelegen om omgeving te bezoeken. Erg schoon en netjes. Eigenlijk haast hotelservice, dagelijks schone hand- en keukendoeken enz. Eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk. Afgesloten parkeergelegenheid plus ruimte om lekker te zitten, beneden op grasveld en boven op dakterras, heerlijk! Supergoed!

We have enjoyed together with our dog at this location, would definitely recommend this! Super apartment, very centrally located to visit area. Very clean and tidy. Actually almost hotel service, daily clean hand and kitchen towels etc. Owner is very friendly. Closed parking plus space to sit, down on lawn and up on roof terrace, delicious! Excellent!

The warm and professional welcome is the start to a very pleasant stay.

Located a few meters from the Modling railway station, the well equipped apartments are an excellent staging point for trips into Vienna. You can get by S Bahn and U Bahn from Modling to Schonnenberg in about 35 minutes or the same time to the Sud Bahnstrasse. If you buy a multi day pass remember that it covers the city zone only and Modling is iut of that zone so you need to buy an additional ticket between Modling and the edge of the inner zone.

The apartments were very clean and tidy and quiet, despite being on a busy road.

Parking is off street and the whole complex is secure. Shops just across the road and really, there is nothing to fault the apartments or the location. Internet access is great and the whole experience was a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Appartements Verberne is one the great and fabulous place to stay in Austria, located close to Vienna, it looks like you are at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time.

The location is excellent, there is a public transportation (Modling railway station) around two minutes walking, shop centers and markets next to the apartments. Private garage and very secure system inside.

Freshly and tasty bakery every morning, good internet service with wi-fi, nice and big kitchen room.

My family and I stayed for two weeks without any inconvenient, we highly recommend this place.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood yet very close to train station and an easy 10-15min walk to shops and restaurants in the centre of Modling. A home from home.

If you have a medium to large car best to use the Wienerstrasse entrance not the Managettagasse entrance as it is very narrow.

A szállásadó kitalálta a gondolatunkat: két külön szobából álló apartmant kaptunk, így a gyerek külön lehetett. A szobák rendkívül tágasak voltak. A reggelihez a hűtőben várt a vaj, a lekvárok, a májkrém - a friss zsemlét reggel a postaládában kaptuk meg. Szemben a BIPA, a sarkon az ALDI - azonnal meg tudtuk venni azt is, ami hiányzott.

The host guessed our idea: we got apartment with two separate rooms so the child could be separated. The rooms were extremely spacious. Breakfast was served in the fridge with butter, jams and liver cream - fresh rolls were received in the mailbox in the morning. As opposed to BIPA, at the corner of ALDI - we could immediately get what was missing.

Geweldig appartement. Geweldig appartement en locatie, minder dan een minuut lopen naar station en supermarkt aan de overkant. Airconditioning en geluidsdicht. Eigenaresse geinteresseerd en betrokken en bijzonder vriendelijk en altijd groeten en in voor een praatje. Mödling ligt aan de rand van het Wienerwald, perfect voor een wandeling vanaf appartement naar Baden en Hinterbrühl bijvoorbeeld. Niets viel tegen.

Great apartment and location, less than a minute walk to station and supermarket across the street. Air-conditioned and soundproof. Owner interested and involved and very friendly and always greetings and in for a chat. Mödling lies on the edge of the Vienna Woods, perfect for a walk from apartment to Baden and Hinterbrühl for example. Nothing was disappointing.
